You will be able to get more access to the services that your trucking business needs at a potentially discounted rate. We help our quarterly clients stay up to date with their information, policy changes, paperwork, and any due dates that may arise.
We can file your quarterly IFTA and mileage tax reports each quarter to keep your accounts up to date and to avoid suspension issues. We can also handle your DOT biennial updates, 2290 tax filing, any permit renewals, and more.

DOT
BIENNIAL
UPDATE
All Interstate DOT holders are required to file a biennial update to provide the US DOT with any updated information, including how many miles your truck / fleet traveled the prior calendar year. Your update is due based solely on the last two digits of your DOT number.
As a quarterly client Trucker's Paper Trail will track and manage your DOT biennial update so that you don't have to.

TAX
FILING
The 2290 Tax filing is due annually on August 31st for the tax year that runs from July 1 to June 30 of the next year. The amount of tax due is based on the weight of your truck and is only due for trucks that are 55,000 pounds or more. For more information on this check out the 2290 tax table.
We will file this tax online for you for an additional small fee and provide you with the official Schedule 1 receipt which you will need when you renew your truck registration each year.
RENEWALS
RENEWALS
No matter the size of your business keeping track of permit renewals can be a pain. So, in addition to filing your quarterly fuel and mileage tax reports, we will process your IFTA and State Renewals when they are due. We will also renew your UCR and file your Apportioned Registration Application at the appropriate time. That way you can focus less of due dates and more on the road!
REMINDERS
REMINDERS
We will send you quarterly reminders when the fuel and mileage taxes are due and as well as email reminders when any of the other items become due throughout the year. We will be on top of everything and make sure that you are made aware of any due dates so that you can avoid any potential fines or hassles.
We will only send you emails that contain important items that you need to pay attention to. We will not send you frivolous information that you need to sort through.
